Hydrant Flushing
The Town of Bethel Water Department will be flushing hydrants beginning on;
Monday, May 19, 2008 and continues for approximately 4 weeks.
This routine procedure is necessary to provide better quality water to Bethel customers. Customers may experience pressure fluctuations in pressure and/or water discolorations during flushing. If you experience discolored water, run your COLD water tap until it clears. Postpone washing clothes during these periods of discoloration and limit the use of hot water until the cold water clears.
