The Land Use Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the zoning, subdivision and wetlands regulations of the Town of Bethel. Staff provides the technical support to the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, the Inland Wetlands Commission and the Open Space Committee as well as assistance to the general public on all land use matters.
