Field Cards and Assessor's Maps

A Field Card provides a description of real property. It contains information such as owner, deed references, dwelling and land information and valuation information. Sales and Owner history along with permit information is also on a field card. A sketch along with a description of the components of the sketch are also provided. This web mapping application is provided as a service to the Town and its citizens. The mapping data is the result of the Town's development of a geographic information system (GIS). The web mapping application makes this information more accessible to its own staff as well as the general public in order to achieve maximum returns on its investment in GIS development and its ongoing maintenance. Please Note: Per the developer, Tighe & Bond, Inc., the mapping information is viewable using Microsoft Internet Explorer on a PC platform.
